Secret screens on Panasonic printers | 12 June, 2003

Hi all! I'm stuck with this Panasonic paste printer (used). The menus come up in japanese. I know the secret menu screen is the one I have to get into to change the language to english. Does anybody know how to get to the secret screen on Panasert SPPG3? Calling Panasonic is no use since the machine is not registered with them. thanks.

Any panasonic printer users out there? SPP, SPP-G1, SPP-G3, any model?

I dont have Panasonic But I have KME wich is made by panasonic. I have an SP10P there are 2 secret screens i know of. if your system has a touch screen this may work if not sorry. When the system boots up swipe your finger across the top right corner. if you have an unlock keyapd hold it down and proess on a symbol that looks like a hand. If either works you may get a password screen, the password is typically the name of the machine. Hope it works for you.

While I was on vacation one of the team leader discovered the password to the secret screen on the SPP-G3: Request - F8 - F1 - F7 - shift - S - P - shift - 3

It was just too simple for me to figure out.
