Its just a week to go to my First SMT Forum and I am looking forward to the event on 20th July. Its great to be asked to answer question on process and technology on line in this way and I look forward to the many chalenging questions.

Just to reiterate what Bob said, we are very excited about his OnBoard Forum on July 20th. If you haven't signed up yet, I have included the Web address at the bottom of this message. Topics for this forum include Pin In Hole Reflow, Bob's process of Simultaneous Double Sided Reflow Assembly, or any process related subject.
