Vendors for 3rd party capability measurement? | 21 July, 2004

We are investigating the use of a 3rd party measurement service to complete capability studies on our SMT equipment. The only source I have been able to find that will come on-site is CeTaQ (www.ctq.de). Does anyone know if there are any other vendors that can/will supply this service? Thanks.

SMTRESEARCH.com has an excellent machine POD. I have yet to get a demo on it but the litature looks great that they sent me. We are using fujis DT651 which is good a machine. It isn't as user friendly to decipher the results for machine faults as the POD looks to be. I don't know if they can check the screen printer for accuracy but know it can't check for height. We are using cyber sentry for that. For our ovens we are using kic 2000 and the waves a mole to monitor them and for new recipes. What machines are you looking at doing CPK studies on?
