Dead link | 8 June, 2000

The link to the paper from the following page in your library: is dead. I have been unable to obtain any response from my attempts at registration, so in my frustration have decided that maybe you guys oughtta at least know about it.

Regards,

Steve Thomas

Re: Dead link...update | 9 June, 2000

Upon receiving my registration username and password, I can now access the site's tech. papers. I still can't, however, use the link. It appears that you must first log on to the site before reaching that page.

Re: Dead link...update | 12 June, 2000

Steve, Thanks for notifying us of the broken link. Unfortunately, the destination that the link points to is not on the SMTnet site. The paper that you are searching for resides on the ITM, Inc. site and their site appears to be down at this time. If you would like to get more information about ITM, Inc. you can visit their SMTnet minipage at: http://www.smtnet.com/directory/company_page/index.cfm?company_id=4883

By the way, you do not need to be logged on to view library articles.

Re: Dead link...update | 25 February, 2001

Steve, Neil, John and everyone else - The ITM site is alive and well ! Regarding registration: we do not have an autobot to handle registration - we do it manually every few days. I have been on vacation for the past week (to a wonderful place where there wasn't any e-mail access!) and have just returned and will tend to my registration duties in the next day or so. Sorry for any inconvenience - hope you find the articles worth waiting for and, what the hey, it's free! Regards, Phil Zarrow ITM, Inc. Durham (Great White North), NH USA www.ITM-SMT.com
