Can some one explain to me why the ceramic nozzles are cracking not on the tip but on the base??? also how long do the sleeves last, no informaton from siemens they just came in and changed from 'o'ring to bearing type??

Hi julie I found that it was the sleeve on the ball bearing that was the fault we went back to the oring type problem gone.
