Heller 1500 Convection Reflow Ovens are a five zone upper/lower reflow oven. Petlock currently has two listed with specs and pictures. Here's a link for more info.

NOTE: I do not work or have any affiliation with PETLOCK

What part of the U.S. are you located? You can save quite a bit on shipping charges. Petlock always seem to have some in stock. If your in the midwest I can direct you to one I have purchased equipment from in the past.

I am most familiar with Heller (10 yrs. of 1088 4 zone - 1800 8 zone ovens) and find them to be very reliable. Other Manufacturers may have five zone ovens on the used market. (I used Petlock as an example because you could get data sheets/specs from their website) Some more local Used Equipment houses may be able to find one closer than the ones listed at Petlock however, if they have it come in from the west or mid-west you can bet that the shipping will be included in the price. You can do a web search for "HELLER 1500 Reflow Oven" or search by "Used SMT Equipment" to find additional used equipment houses more local.

Which oven and where you buy it really depends upon what fits your process and budget.

Hi Indy,

Check http://www.jmw-inc.com (they are in the midwest so shipping will not be too bad going out east). I bought 2 MPM printers and a pick and place machine from them late in 2004. I know they have 5-zone reflow and 7-zone ovens there (electrovert omniflow). I did alot of research on where to buy used equipment and found that there are only a few companies who actually have the equipment in their warehouse...most are brokered.

Note: I have no affiliation with this company. They fully refurb most of what they get in. Very easy to do business with and I saved alot on shipping since they are only 5 hrs away).
