2D CMM for SMT

Does anyone have a suggestion on where to get a relatively inexpensive CMM for measuring my SMT accuracy? Even an XY table with a digital position display would be pretty handy to have. I use mostly Panasonic equipment at my current company, and I remember when I was doing an SMT equipment evaluation for another company that Panasonic Factory Automation used a Mitutoyo CMM to figure their cpk.

These Panasonic machines don't have any MMI capability like the GSMs I was accustomed to.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
