epoxy stamping

Does a machine exist that stamps epoxy onto angled surfaces and not just vertically?

I would guess this would be done by either tilting the specimin to be stamped with epoxy or by turning the stamping tool at an angle.

If anyone can recommend something for this I'd be very grateful, Guy.
