We are considering Samsung CP45, mainly for their price discount and their good services so far. Could anybody kindly share their experience (good and bad) with this machine?

Best regards, Sean

We have utilized one of these for about 6mos. now (is that right Larry? I know you're reading this.) So far it has proven to be a very good machine. Getting the vision right on chip caps can be tricky and sometimes frustrating but once they are right it rocks! We are having some minor optimization issues with the software but Dynatech service has been some of the best that I have experienced. If you already run samsung you are already aware that feeder maintenance and calibrations are crucial. If you need to buy feeders for this machine I highly recommend all of their new styles. the older feeders can and will work well but the dedicated 2mm and the new style of 8 x4 and 8x2 have really corrected all of the previous problems from what I can tell. If you would like to talk offline send me an E-Mail.

Sean, We have 3 CP45's installed and have been running for over a year. I can give you plenty of feedback, good and bad. Give me a call if you'd like.
