We've run into a persistent QA error 99 on one of our Quad IVC's. Have checked upon all the obvious and found no bad components.

Do appreciate any advice on this problem.

Dont quote me on this because its been a while but i believe thats a grounding issue on the quad-align card itself. The card is located in the rear right bottom of the machine. Try adding a ground wire to the cage that the card is mounted inside. Also make sure the cables that are routed off of the EPCU card dont go under the card and next to the muffin fans....you should move them to over top of the board (the error can be noise enduced also).
