Hello Gents, ..............several questions about the subject:

Q1)Are there any standard regulating the subject ? Very few infos found on IPC.

Q2)Which materials are suggested to seal (Bag) the PCB ?

Q3)Is it necessary the vacuum sealed bag ? if yes when ?

Q4)How and when is it suitable the thermal- shrink film as a pakaging ?

Q5)When sulfur free paper is required in between packaged PCB ?

Q6) Any Sealing equipment to suggest ?

Q1 Are there any standard regulating the subject? Very few infos found on IPC. A1 We�re unaware of standards for packing and storage for most types of boards. * IPC 4553 standard for Immersion Silver Finish, 3.8 Packing and Storage. * J-STD-033 and EIA 583 discuss barrier bags. * MIL-B-81705 classified types of bags.

Q2 Which materials are suggested to seal (Bag) the PCB? A2 JEDEC standard EIA/JEP124, Section 5.2.1 Packing Moisture-Sensitive Components specifies the proper guidelines for bag sealing.

Q3 Is it necessary the vacuum sealed bag? If yes when? A3 Companies vacuum seal bags based on their procurement, storage, materials, and production approach.

Q4 How and when is it suitable the thermal- shrink film as a packaging? A4 Don�t know. Non-thermal shrink wrap is fine.

Q5 When sulfur free paper is required in between packaged PCB? A5 Sulfur free paper is required in between packaged PCB when: * Sulfur may affect the solderability protection * Solderability protection requires protection from scratching or abrasion between boards

It requires nitrogen and shop air. * AmeriVac bench-top works well and fairly cheap.
