Can anyone recommend a good software package which can be used to create panel criteria from Gerber/Cad data. Needs to do more than step & repeat. Need to be able to define panel size, add panel fiducials, define breakaways and hole sizes, ability to create detailed drawings & create electronic data to be sent directly to board house. Thanks in advance.

Try Graphicode's web site. They have a couple of products that can do what you want. http://www.graphicode.com The only other one that comes to mind is Valor but, it's not quite as popular.
