Siemens/Tecnomatix Assembly Expert 7.3.0 problem

Hello!

I have a problem with Assembly Expert 7.3.0. During optimization of the assembleon AX5 an error occurs;

The program seems to have a problem connecting the machine library with the component library (device.lib). Even though I have defined the shape, measures, nozzle definition, e.g. in the machine library and in the component library the optimizer doesn't recognize the stated shape.

I have solved this problem temporary by stating the shape to UNKNOWN, but this only transfer the problem to the machineoperators (they can bypass this problem but it is timeconsuming) I don't feel that this a solution in the long run.
