Tuan: Many people develop spreadsheets to represent their processes and costs. Also, check out CostCoach at http://www.costcoach.com, it may be just what you need. It was developed by Phil Zarrow, Ron Lasky of MPM, Dr. Dan Baldwin of Georgia Tech and Jessica Lasky at Purdue, and can approach assembly quoting from a multitude of angles.
