I have worked on 2 BGA Connectors, both from Berg. A 240 and 400 ball package.

You should contact Berg directly for information.

I posted a link to their website below. Just in case I screwed up the link, go to www.berg.com and then "product catalog" and then "BGA connectors". they make several styles under the name "MEG-Array"
