You need two calibration jigs to calibrate these cameras. There is an L-Type align offset jig that involves removing the front feeder base, and placing the target dot over the middle camera of your front camera bank. After this calibration is done, there are special nozzles with white circles that go on the heads to perform the head offset calibration. Attached is a procedure to give you an idea. Both of these procedures must be done, and in correct order, for a proper calibration. Without these calibration jigs, the only other option would be to manually manipulate the head offset numbers in MSetup. If you attempt this, be sure to write down your original numbers.

Here is the one for the MX series. The others were for MPS series. They are generally the same, but just in case you do proceed with the jigs, follow this procedure.

Hello, i am have experience in calibration by hand by input to offsets (some times jigs are not perfect). Also I could try to answer to some questions about Mx Mr Mirae series.
