Contact 3AV Utilisation

Is any one else out there running a Contact3AV machine in a small batch size (4 offs to 20 offs)environment ?

Obviously you cannot expect a high utilisation figure running small batches, setup etc; but has anyone achieved an optimum ?

I have run an Access program which shows me the top 50 most used SM components and I might put these on feeders permanently, but 50 feeders @ �476.00 each ???

If anyone has any solutions, share them, but maybe in a small batch environment I am stuck with low utilisation.

Look at CircuitCAM to optimize feeder changeover on the CS-3AV. It's the best solution.
