Hi everyone

Would like to know if there are any owners of contract manufacturers who would like to have an open discussion around processes and procedures etc so we can discuss how to improve. Ideally if we are not in the same geographic area so we don't pose a risk to each other. I would like to discuss things like Setup processes, First off checks, costing methodologies, service offerings etc. ie I am looking to get ideas from others and hopefully others can get ideas from me. I do not want to know about your customers. I am based in South Africa and my client base is only here. So if you are from another country there is no risk to you. Please DM me if you are interested. We can chat via email, WhatsApp, zoom or teams. As I am the owner of the business I would ideally like to chat to other owners.
