i'm going to try placeing 0402 with a fuji IP2. Will i have any problems and are there any sugestions thanks in advance

If it has the 54 mm camera, it works. But it just too slow & not efficiency. To increase your porductivity, you need a CP6 or 642 with 0802 feeders.

I do not think so. The 54 mm has a large field of view, so when it looks at small parts the image is blurry. What you want to try is using the other camera (camera 2) it has a 38mm field of view. Camera 2 is considered a narrow field of view, the camera 1 is a wide view. Do not waste your time use a cp machine.
