BGA and Land Patterns | 27 April, 1999

What is the current spec for sizing PCB pads for a land grid array? How about for a ball grid array? Are there industry spec's I can reference?

Alternativly there is a design guide and stencil guide I produced for Checmtech one of the lartgest stencil manufacturewrs in Europe on thire web site. www.chemtech.co.uk if you want to get a copy.
