BGA rework station

Hi There, I know this is a long shot but does anyone in Scotland have a 31mil nozzle for an Airvac rework station that they are willing to hire out for a short period of time? Also is there any papers or sites that can give good technical advice on BGA rework stencils and the best method on using them. Help much appreciated, Cheers Jack
