On March 18, 2020, the Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering will conduct a Reliability Science Symposium, presenting previous and on-going research activities. This one-day meeting is open to the public. Presentations will include

  • Reliability of Fabrics Bonded with Halogen Free (HAF) Materials for Electronic Packaging
  • Accelerated Testing and Modeling of Li-ion Batteries
