This course is an introduction to surface mount technology (SMT) hand soldering, giving the student an up-close look at various SMT packaging styles. During the course, the student will be introduced to several soldering techniques to perform the rework of most surface mount component styles. This course is structured to be in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711. Upon completion of the course, students receive a BEST certificate of completion. |
