This is a 1-day, combination hands-on, lecture and practical “observation” course which teaches students the basic processes for BGA profiling.This one-day engineering level course is structured to teach the student how to program sequences and profiles utlizing a BGA Rework System and it's software. A basic explanation of convective heating principles, the use of thermal coupling devices, and system navigation is covered. During this course, a profile for a company specific product can be developed. Practical application sessions will be conducted to test the student' understanding of the material. Available on SRT, AireVac, Metcal, and PDR equipment. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:
