GNR has been retained by a leading High-Tech SMT Electronics organization searching for an experience individual to Lead Manufacturing & Process req’s for very complex products.
This is a fast-paced, high mix – low volume environment wherein you will work with a collaborative team to improve processes, quality, equipment, and products. You'll be challenged as this opportunity offers growth & visibility within the organization!
Responsibilities & Experience to include;
SMT (surface mount technology) equipment needs & manufacturing costs, process & quality improvements to drive business
Assembly processes, implement design changes, corrective actions to meet/exceed requirements
Interact with multiple depts; manufacturing, engineering, vendors & subcontractors
Full time / direct hire role – US citizenship REQUIRED
