Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with clients and potential clients in order to fully understand their business needs and provide custom design and manufacturing solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and close customer accounts necessary to generate allocated revenue goals.
 Contact prospective and established customers to promote the company's services.
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
 Arrange and lead facility tours and business meetings with potential customers.
 Ensure NDA is in place with potential customers.
 Add new customers and update transactions within the internal CRM system.
 Responsible for meeting established sales quota by obtaining and renewing orders.
 Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory.
 Keep records and prepare reports on sales activities.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
 Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) from four-year College or university is preferred.
 3-5 years of related experience in business development and relationship management.
 Ability to negotiate contracts.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to overcome objections and show product value.
 Proactive in coordinating with internal resources to see projects through to completion.
 Prior experience using a CRM, HubSpot experience is a plus.
 Familiarity with electronic manufacturing industry is a plus.
 Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on issues to closure.
 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Office 365.
