Job Description:

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.  With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits’ sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.

The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with the Application Engineering Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets. In order to keep the projects on time it will require various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintain technical documentation. To succeed in this role, it will require excellent time management and communication skills, as it will require collaboration with Application engineers, design engineer, sales and customers.


Maintain a record of projects and scheduled completion dates.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Prepare technical documentation in support of the engineers.
Issue documents and data to our customers via the CRM or e-mail.
As requested, expedite projects with the engineer managing the review.
Process Applications Department samples by generating sample data packages and forwarding to the appropriate shipping group.
Assist in preparing Application Notes.
Other job-related activities as assigned by the department manager.
Work in accordance with department and company procedures.
Requirements (Competence, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) – Level of education, experience and/or training, including specific physical requirements:
3+ years of general administrative experience.
Proven work experience in project management, from concept to delivery.
Ability to prepare and interpret schedules, flowcharts, and action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Ability to manage status record for a large number of projects.
Ability to communicate / learn the technical jargon of RF engineering. (Person must be comfortable using the technical jargon. It is not required to have a complete understanding.)

Preferences – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities that are not required but are preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hands-On Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Hands-On Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Projects)
Hands-On Experience with customer relationship management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
