Manufacturing Engineer - SMT process experience

Required Skills Hands-on SMT process experience, 3-6 years Proven line support experience for multi-layer, high-density PCB assemblies SMT reflow profiling and DFM experience BGA replacement and repair knowledge Stencil design and paste application knowledge Build schedule support experience in working with outside contract manufacturing SPC use in contract manufacturing - working knowledge BSME, BSIE or BSEE Preferred Skills Production test background in functional, in-circuit and burn SMT equipment programming experience Component failure analysis experience Achievement-oriented.
