Winslow Automation, Inc. (aka Six Sigma), an industry leader in electronic component interconnect technology & related test and failure analysis services, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, quality-conscious team player for our Quality Assurance group. Our successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in semiconductor or related industries; knowledge of IC component solder defects and other inspection criteria; working knowledge of ISO9001:2008/AS9100 quality requirements; previous ESD training; computer-literate in PC/Windows environment. General responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Incoming and outgoing QA gate (paperwork review & sample visual inspections using a microscope)
• Production line audits
• Disposition of nonconforming material
• Participate in MRB & CCB
• Generate and approve certificates of conformity
• Coordinate analysis of solder; incoming inspection of raw materials
• Participate in implementing efficiency improvements and solutions.
• Perform Solderability and ionic cleanliness testing
• Monitor production activities and logs to verify that specifications and procedures are followed, production personnel are certified, and quality standards are achieved
• Perform planned daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits • Carry out any other responsibilities that your supervisor may assign you from time to time as needed by the company No relocation fees will be considered.
