Equipment Support Specialist

Aqueous Technologies seeks a strategic individual to support its customer base and perform in-field equipment repairs. Product line includes defluxing and cleanliness testing systems utilized in the electronic manufacturing assembly industry. Position requires on-site presence in Southern California as well as travel throughout the US.

Skill Requirements

An Equipment Support Specialist will require technical expertise in the fields of electronics, electricity, plumbing, pumps, computer and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of hand tools and light power tools. While a bachelors degree is preferred. We desire the candidate to have an expertise with programs such as QuickBooks, Outlook and Microsoft Office tools. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced, always changing environment with uncompromised integrity and enjoy travel.

Job Description

• Preforming in field service calls which includes air travel throughout the US and Canada
• Preforming product operation and maintenance training
• Diagnosis, troubleshooting and in-field repair of complex electrical and plumbing systems
• Responding to phone and email inquiries and provide insights into repairs to identify cause
• Poses the ability to send quotations and process parts orders
• Develop reliable customer service procedures to ensure open communication with customer base
• Demonstrate project management experience which includes excellent problem solving capabilities, and organizational abilities to execute projects from idea to completion to follow through
• Bring a team approach that works in a culture which embraces continuous improvement, flexibility, teamwork, respect, outstanding listening skills, outstanding problem solving skills, easy to work with disposition and accountability.
