Plant Manager

 Highly respected, ISO certified, international manufacturer with a portfolio of prestigious brands and high quality products seeks a Plant Manager. Reporting to the business unit President, this role is responsible for all facets of manufacturing operations of this high-mix, low volume business.

 Increased global product demand for its renound products requires implementation of improvements to manufacturing operations to assure OTD, quality, effeciency and profitability.

We seek a leader capable of enhancing all facets of manufacturing operations including budgets, information technology, production, manufacturing engineering and supply-chain-management. Additionally, we desire candidates with demonstrable success improving key operating metrics within assembly intensive, high-mix, low volume environments.

Leading approximately 40 skilled emloyees through 4 subordinate managers this position participates as a member of the management team and contributes to overall strategic planning. This individual will prioritize developing and implementing a strategic plan to modernize manufacturing operations and technologies that result in increased effeciency and reduced product cost. Ideal candidates have implemented lean manufacturing within flexible production environments.

• Undergraduate degree, preferebly in an engineering discipline
• Experience Implementing  Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence etc.
