SMT Line Operator

Our manufacturing company is looking for an experienced SMT line operator to take over day to day production of prototype and short run orders of pcb assemblies. If you enjoy working in electronics manufacturing and want to run your own line, look no further!

Responsibilities and Requirements include, but not limited to:
• Ability to read and understand/interpret detailed engineering files
• Every machine procedure to be done in accordance of the company requirements
• Set up and run stencil machine, pick and place, and reflow oven
• Inspect incoming pcbs and final assemblies
• Rework defects
• Thorough knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-600
• SMT machine experience a must, programming jobs from windows files and adding part profiles to libraries
• Experience with Samsung/Hanwha CP40 series preferred
• Inspect and clean the work area and machine during that day prior to leaving at the end of each shift
• Must possess strong basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Works well with others and has a positive attitude
• Must be able to stand (6-10 Hours)
• Ability to handle medium lifting
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• High school diploma/GED required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have Permanent Residency
