General Job Functions:
PCBA Testing using TR-518FR and TR-518FO ICT machines (Responsible for 7 Inline ICT machines and 2 Offline ICT machines)
*For every new PCB Product introduce by Research and Development Team:

1. Verification of PCB Layout design and determined its Test Points location number in every component of the PCB.
- Basing on its product profile such as Schematic Diagram, Circuit Diagram, BOM (component specification, Component Placement Location (X and Y coordinates and Degrees Angle position).
- PCB verification for Revision update like ECN (Engineering Change Notice) / ECR (Engineering Change Request) made by every concern department.
- Develop and modify for improvement of the test program efficiency in conjunction with the customer ICT test.
- Provide a report and documentation file for making ICT Fixtures as it interfaces with the Vendors and suppliers for maintenance and equipment parts.
2. Set-up ICT fixtures for SMT production
- Double check the ICT machines for best condition, fast and efficient and guaranteed no down time for production starts.
- Modification/Debugging ICT test programs for each component value basing on the product specification to avoid PCB defects like wrong component, missing, dewetting/tombstone/shifted/inverted and wrong polarity.
- Double check the size and dimension of the PCB if it really fits the Fixture assembly and will not damage the PCB and its components.
- Double check the ICT test programs to be used such as Revision code and Version number of the PCB product.
- Troubleshoot and repair ICT machines which include software and hardware systems.
3. Provide proper maintenance schedules on every ICT machines and Fixtures
- Double check the hardware or physical part of the machine like the switching boards, PLC, controller board, cables, grease control, PC checkup and Air Vacuum Pressure.
- Double check ICT fixtures for any dirt and damage pins, cablewire, IC Testjet, counters and holder tubes, and replace it by using ICT tool kit.
4. During the SMT production
- Double check the cycle time requirement of SMT machine and compare to ICT cycle time test, it should be half the time faster than the SMT cycle time to avoid down time of the whole production.
- Repair defective production PCB�s using test and repair equipments (hot-air/manual solder-lead free/BGA tools) for ICT Test-Fail results.
- Monitor the ICT yield rate during PCB testing, yield rate should not go down to 97%.
- Make daily production report which includes any abnormalities occur during the production and ICT yield rate report.
- Report directly to the SMT Superiors and TE Manager for any PCB production defect found by ICT.

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) from OMRON and ORBOTECH machines (Responsible for 3 OMRON RBT II machines for INLINE SMT Production, 2 Orbotech Schuh: VT8000 and Trion2340 for OFFLINE SMT production and 1 OMRON VT-WIN II for OFFLINE SMT production)

1. Verification of PCB Layout design and determined the components which have no ICT test coverage.
- Design and develop a test program for OMRON RBT II in INLINE SMT production that includes missing, tombstone/dewetting/shifted/inverted, wrong polarity and wrong component.
- Basing on its product profile such as Schematic Diagram, Circuit Diagram, BOM (component specification, Component Placement Location (X and Y coordinates and Degrees Angle position).
- Run the initial test program for stability and modify for any false alarm that may cause down time for SMT production.
2. Set-up PCBA Testing using OMRON RBT II for INLINE SMT production
- Double check AOI machines including the AOI Repair Stations setups where AOI Test-Fail reports or defective PCB is monitored and displayed
- Makes the necessary adjustment of the conveyor that would fit the PCB size measurements.
- Double check the AOI program name to be used which includes the Revision code and Version number of the PCB product.
- Pass at least 25 blocks of PCB in order to monitor false alarm, efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy and cycle time.
3. Set-up PCBA Testing using OMRON WIN II and ORBOTECH (VT8000 and Trion-2340) for OFFLINE SMT production.
- The same procedure in number 1 and 2.
4. Provide proper maintenance schedules on every AOI machines (OMRON and ORBOTECH).
- Double check the hardware and physical part of the machines like the conveyor belt, hydraulic movable arm, cameras, flash lights, lamps, motors, sensors and etc.
- Maintenance checkup for AOI color calibration and image optimation.
- Repair/replace any necessary defective parts of AOI machines and record it in a maintenance sheet.
� Report directly to the production manager for any PCB production defect found by AOI
� Coordinates with different departments to be able to study, plan, lead, organized and control available resources to satisfy customer needs.
� Meet production volume and comply with production schedules
� Background knowledge SMT/Solder Wave Machine, and X-ray machine for BGA Inspection
