DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Repair major equipment breakdown/malfunction.
• Implements routine equipment preventive maintenance program in accordance with the define procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• SMT machine line monitoring and corrective maintenance.
• SMT machine TPM (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
• Machine jig/tools and spare parts repair and control.
• Data gathering (repair details, F4G and Fujicam m/c analysis data profile.
• In-charge in the change model/process of line.
• Work w/ Engineering Group for New model, 1st Run & Evaluation activities.

• Conduct machine monitoring for modification/improvement project.
• Ensures/Verifies that all machine checksheets pertaining to machine parameters are being checked regularly.
• Performs weekly updating of reflow oven machine profile.
• In charge for the monitoring and analysis of dump parts as well as corrective action needed and ensures that the nozzle centering checking procedure is being implemented for CP, IP and QP machine of FUJI.
• In charge for the GP machine squeegee rubber replacement.
• Performs off-line work or repair on defective parts/equipment.
• Checking the condition of air pressure.
• Mechanical adjustment of conveyor and other machine parts causing of poor mounting.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
• Responsible for the inventory and maintenance of feeders and metal mask.
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace in order to achieve high efficiency of work.

• Visual checks the defects and calibrates the products due for preventive maintenance.
• Does repair and rework on the defective component, printed circuit boards, traces and others.
