• Over 5 years of experience working as a Technical Support person, Onsite Technician in maintenance and operation of business environment to support business such as inventory of equipments and supplies as well as software deployment;
• Post diploma in Network Specialist, diploma in Computer System Technology with compTIA A+ and studying towards MCSE
• Expertise in Win 9x/2K/2003/XP/NT, UNIX/LINUX, Novell5.0, MS office suite (2000-2003), Internet etc. and demonstrated knowledge and experience in Windows networking, TCP/IP, Microsoft Servers 2003/2008, MS Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Terminal Server services
• Experience in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware such as switches, routers, UPS and cabling etc. and different software products; monitored ongoing network performance activities, hardware application issues using performance log files and other tools.
• Proven knowledge and experience with providing technical guidance to clients via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner for hardware product selections; expertise in protective maintenance for desktop and network hardware and operating systems (OS) as well as other application software;
• Professional experience in computer hardware testing, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, assembling of computers, maintenance of Blackberry Handheld using BBDM for clients connected through BES, managing and handling many other peripheral/non-peripheral devices such as printers, copiers, scanners, LCD Projectors and fax machine along with installation and configuration of various applications for corporate clients by applying various security patches and hot fixes remotely and onsite;
• Professional experience in systems maintenance, systems upgrades and systems troubleshooting support for clients onsite and in a helpdesk environment; performed routine maintenance such as creating, adding, removing and restricting user accounts using windows AD and other routine works such system and data backups, disk space performance monitoring etc.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, analytical, questioning and problem solving skills with ability to present ideas, build rapport with colleagues and clients with keen attention to detail using appropriate tools and method
• Highly self motivated and goal oriented with exceptional written skills with ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast paced environment with strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational, well developed oral and written communication skills, highly dependable with ability to prioritize and manage workload and service requests
• Enjoy traveling with valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
