Summary of Qualifications: |
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair state of the art 3D automated optical inspection equipment. • Provide training to customers and junior engineers on applications, program and algorithm / program development. • Provide advanced application consultation and implementation of imaging test products on a worldwide level. • Provide feedback and developmental requests to R&D teams. • Provide pre and post-sales support to sales management teams and their clients. • Prepare product evaluation materials and feasibility studies to prospective clients. • Create and present sales presentations and systems implementation plans to prospective clients. • Maintain customer relations through support chain. JOB SUMMARY: Perform complex troubleshooting and electrical / mechanical / software repairs and upgrades on complex imaging inspection equipment. Heavily involved with customer and sales support on a worldwide level as well as playing a major role in product and applications development. Training both customer and internal personnel, pre and post-sales support and advanced applications implementation also major responsibilities. |
