SMI has state of the art laser cutting equipment. We use laser machines which operate on linear motor systems instead of machine driven by lead screws. This provides high speed, high acceleration, smooth motion, and consistent performance. With a cutting area of 24" X 28" and working area of 34" X 50", we can manufacture even the largest stencils. With an aperture tolerance of -/+ .0002 inch, the best in the industry, our stencils will provide you with optimum solder paste volume control.
