TRC Circuits, Inc. was started in 1985 and is considered to be one of the most respected printed circuit board manufacturers.  In 2002 TRC Circuits was purchased by Melanie Bera and a new era began.  Since the purchase in 2002 there have been substantial upgrades to the manufacturing equipment, including a Mania Loc8 Flying Probe Tester, Mania Prism Photo Plotter Front-end.  There have also been major changes in personnel to keep up with the industry demand for higher quality products at more affordable prices.  With 20 plus years in engineering, TRC provides additional Engineering, Testing and Photo Plotting Services not offered in the past.

• "Quick Turn" (1 day - 5 days) capability for prototype or pre-production requirements, in addition to our standard lead-time of 3 weeks. Single/Double Sided boards can be built in under 12 hours!
•  High quality single, double and multi-layered printed circuit board designs. 
• Provide 1 to 16 layer board builds.
• Prototype through high volume production quantities. No minimum quantity required. 
• Line widths and spacing down to .004". Hole sizes to down to .007".
• U.L. recognized printed circuit board manufacturer. U.L. file number E109434.
• CAD/CAM pre-production engineering to ensure accuracy and manufacturability of your design.
• 24-hour data transfer via email (sales@trc-circuits.com).
• Complete bare board electrical testing. 
• SMOBC with Liquid Photo Imagable Soldermask, Entek or SR1010 mask.
• FR4, FR406, (Teflon®), Rogers, G-Tek, CAF, Polyimide are common laminates available.  RoHS Compliant IS410.
• Finishes available are Hot Air Solder Level and RoHS Complaint finishes, Immersion Tin, Gold, Immersion Gold, Immersion Silver, and Organic coating.
• Scoring and intricate N/C routing plus PCB panelization.
• Blind and buried vias.
