Overview

The StripCrimp 750 is a fully programmable machine for stripping and crimping wires from 0.05 - 4 mm² (11 - 30 AWG) in one operation. The highly flexible and electronically controlled benchtop unit accepts most universal or mini-style applicators for crimping both side-feed and rear-feed open barrel terminals.

Application Range

The electronically controlled, programmable StripCrimp 750 was specifically designed for the stripping of cables with subsequent crimping of side or rear feed terminals. The StripCrimp 750 processes all banded, open terminals with cross sections from 0.05 – 4.0 mm² (30 – 11 AWG). The universal concept works for all UNI-A applicators as well as side or rear feed mini-style applicators. Built with well proven precision mechanics and state of the art electronics, the machine is extremely user-friendly. One example is the graphic display from which all stripping parameters can be set and called up digitally. Up to 254 different wire programs can be stored in the memory. Precision stripping and gas tight crimps (certified with cross-section and test record if requested) guarantee maximum processing quality.
