No-Clean Soldering Fluxes Description:

Qualitek no-clean fluxes are formulated to meet the changing requirements for today's soldering operations. Designed for wave soldering conventional and SMT circuit board assemblies, these extremely low solids content fluxes leave practically no residue after soldering. Boards are dry and cosmetically clean as they exit the wave solder machine. There are no residues to interfere with electrical test probes and the expense of cleaning is eliminated. Qualitek NC fluxes are formulated to provide good activity while being halogen-free, non-corrosive and without surface insulation resistance degradation. No offensive odors are given off during soldering. Chemistries compatible with all Qualitek lead free alloys.

Qualitek's No-Clean Soldering Fluxes:

• 355-35 VOC Free No-Clean Flux For Lead Free Chemistries - VOC Free Flux for spray application. Excellent wetting and topside hole fill even with OSP coated bare copper boards. Softer residues for pin testing.
• 392-35 No-Clean Flux For Lead Free Chemistries - Use for spray, foam or wave application. Excellent wetting and fluxing. Minimum residue on assembly after soldering. Joints are left shiny.

Flux Packaging Options:

Flux is availabe in 1 gallon, or 5 gallon jugs
and 55 gallon drums.
