Laser Cutting Services Description:

Our Preco FlexPro CNC laser cutting system provides the speed of galvanometer processing with all the versatility of an XY motion system. Orion has the capability to cut detailed parts more precisely, and with shorter lead-times than conventional tooling. Laser cutting equipment is also capable of roll-to-roll processing for increased throughput and material economy.

This system offers large area processing with the tolerances found in small area processing systems. AcuBeam controller features such as AcuPower and closed loop power control allow precise cutting and kiss-cutting over a large area.

The fixed beam laser cutting capability also allows us to cut a wide variety of thick materials such as:
