Waterjet Cutting Description:

Waterjet allows for improved cutting tolerances, improved lead times and the ability to provide highly complex geometry. Using a stream of water with forces of 55,000 PSI yields fast production rates and tool free cutting.

Our single head and 4-head waterjet machines cut a diverse range of materials including:

• Plastics up to .093"
• Mylar®, Lexan ®, Formex®, PVC and other films
• Dense rubbers
• Thermal transfer materials, including Gap-Pad® & Sil-Pad®
• Parts up to 0.5m x 1m in size
• Foams up to 5"
