Access Control & Cutband Monitoring System Description:

Designed for preventing abductions from maternity wards or wandering of high-risk patients. Could be used in a wide variety of hospital, home, and industrial applictions. Transmitter is worn by an identified individual or attached to an asset. Receivers near key exits detect unauthorized exit (or entry) and sound an alarm (visually, audibly, or by other means. If transmitters are tampered with or bands are cut, alarms are implemented. Doors are locked (or unlocked as appropriate), devices are activated (or deactivated as appropriate), and information is sent to appropriate authorities per customer needs. System can be monitored from a low end PC (333 MHz with 64M RAM) or wall-mounted controller.
