The TS5000DMP positive displacement valve availoable from Keltech Ltd offers advances in the controlled application of pastes, adhesives and assembly fluids. More accurate than standard time/pressure valves, the TS5000DMP uses a disposable fluid feedpath and thread to dispense controlled deposits. Zero cleanup or maintenance is required. Fluid curing, thickening or temperature change will not affect shot size as the auger thread is mechanically driven by a motor and does not rely on time and pressure. Other positive displacement valves are available as well as standard metering valves, syringe dispensers, robot dispensers, adhesives and epoxies.
