High resolution inspection and quality control system with true auto-focus that significantly increases productivity by allowing rapid examination of objects at varying magnifications. Manual focus override provides complete control when examining a three-dimensional object at high magnification. Easy to use and versatile, this magnification system is equipped with digital soft-touch controls conveniently located directly in front of the operator as well as a high-resolution color video display. A wide range of magnification is available by simply pressing the soft-touch digital controls. Magnification range on units equipped with a 14�� monitor is 6X �V 140X. Units equipped with the 17�� monitor have a magnification range of 7X �V 180X. Two bases are available for inspection of objects of differing heights. A ��Work Station�� model offers high working distance of 178mm (7-inch) and a high depth of field. Units are also equipped with an X-Y-Z table for smooth movement and positioning of objects in multiple directions.
