Established in 1991, VEMAS is a highly versatile, Woman-Owned, ISO Certified, electro-mechanical contract manufacturer. 

VEMAS provides top-level Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, Cable and Harness Assembly, and Product Build/system integration services on a build-to-order basis out of our 35,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.  Our customers are in a wide range of industries to include Medical, Military, Telecommunications, Automotive, Industrial, Alternative Energy, and Consumer Electronics.  Our capabilities include prototypes, small to large production runs.  Because of our flexibility we can quote annual quantities and deliver on as needed basis to reduce your overhead costs.
VEMAS can accommodate a wide range of design scenarios providing customers with solutions to the most challenging assembly projects including leaded and lead-free production lines to meet customer needs and requirements.  We offer superior PCB assembly utilizing Surface Mount and Through-hole technologies, cable and wire harness assemblies, and system integration. 
We are setup to accommodate a wide variety of assemblies in low or high volume manufacturing allowing us to achieve first class high quality product.  Our vision is committed to serving our customers needs with innovative processes and a continued pursuit of excellence.  SMT equipment includes Optical Screen Printers, multiple Pick & Place platforms and Convection Reflow Ovens.

Our Through-Hole (T/H) process for a wide variety of assemblies is intended to be as highly efficient and as automated as possible.  We strive to increase the quality of each assembly by reducing build variations through automating the T/H manufacturing process.  Our T/H equipment includes Sequencer/VCD, Component locators, Lead Free and Lead Wave soldering and Aqueous Board cleaning systems.

VEMAS offers a variety of testing options starting with our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine programmed to perform visual inspection, followed by in-process in Circuit Testing with our Flying Probe Tester or our GenRad test platforms with Opens EXPRESS. We will perform the level of functional testing specified by our customers.

In addition to electronic subassemblies, VEMAS also provides mechanical build services to the higher level box assembly as well as providing cable and harness builds.  This higher level of system build service allows for direct delivery into your distribution channels.  Our highly skilled workforce relates to greater achieved efficiencies and guaranteed product quality.
