Lifecycle Business Partners Description:

Lifecycle Business Partners (LBP), headquartered in Salem, NH, is a leading provider of end-of-use technology asset management and recovery services. Our focus is on helping technology manufacturers and large corporations dispose of inactive, obsolete, and surplus electronics equipment. Our management teams experience spans the entire product lifecycle covering initial acquisition to final recycling and all related interim stages. The LBP management team brings years of experience in dealing with "end of life" issues related to technology offering its clients services that enable them to: Convert unwanted/obsolete technology into cash that can be applied to the acquisition of new technology or used to offset cost associated with ultimate disposition. Significantly reduce management time associated with the disposal activity - a meaningful cost savings. Reduce exposure to issues associated with the improper disposition of aging or obsolete technology. Free up expensive warehouse space which can be redeployed to a higher value-added activity. The LBP team has extensive experience in utilizing multiple market channels for new and used electronics equipment. In addition to reselling of pre-owned electronics equipment, LBP provides several services unique to the industry. These include: Pre-sales services: Logistics - LBP provides pick-up and delivery to our facility for resale and/or further processing. This includes desktop removal services and bulk pick-ups and delivery. Testing, cleaning drives, and repairs: - LBP will test, repair and remove all client data from disk drives (offering Level 3-Department of Defense spec.) prior to reselling systems. This safeguards against sensitive client data being inadvertently acquired by the buyer of their equipment. It also eliminates the need for IT and administration personnel to spend valuable time handling older equipment during technology refresh. In addition to systems, (PC's, mini's, mainframes and workstations), LBP will process monitors, peripherals, telecommunication equipment as well as other electronics equipment. Sales Channels: Extensive Sales Channels - LBP has an extensive network of domestic and international reseller channels for used and excess technology products. This network enables LBP to provide its customers with fast liquidity at favorable prices. Retail Sales - LBP has an exclusive contract to provide pre-owned PCs and monitors to a national retail distribution chain. This provides a scaleable domestic resale solution for PCs and monitors. This unique channel is possible due to LBP's ability to provide a cost effective operating system and application program suite giving the buyer an out-of-the-box system that is Internet ready at a highly competitive price. This channel allows for the best utilization of low-end computers and pre-owned monitors available in the industry today. Recycling Services: Recycling Services - Equipment that is not re-sellable will be processed for recycling in the United States, meeting all local, state and federal disposition regulations. This service limits potential legal and public relations exposure for our clients. Other Services: Client Reporting - LBP can track serial numbers and asset numbers and provide item specific reports for reconciling capital equipment accounts. In addition, LBP will provide a detailed reconciliation report listing all items that have been resold or recycled by quantity and value. Sales invoice numbers are also provided for client auditing purposes.
