Z-Communications PLL modules are designed for use in any variety of today�s commercial wireless applications. Current solutions are available from 100 MHz to 5.5 GHz and can be programmed to lock at specific frequencies through a 3-wire CMOS serial interface. Also available are fixed frequency PLL solutions which can be preprogrammed by the factory. Each are highly integrated Hybrid-MICs utilizing the latest in chip scale packaging (CSP), 0201 sized components, and low noise VCO technology.
