PROMATION Multi-Functional Handling Description:

With AOI and TEST becoming a process necessity, PROMATION has manufactured several systems that can sort PASS/FAIL criteria, passing the good product through the station and buffering failed inspection products into a magazine.

Our ESM-100 station is designed to sort product from either an AOI or TEST station. The station includes a single removable magazine that can hold up to 50 PCBs (at 10 mm pitch) that FAIL the inspection or test process. This in-line solution is perfect for off line rework of suspect product. When the magazine is full, a platform shuttles out of the station to allow the operator ergonomic access to the magazine.

Our ESM-200 station is a full featured magazine handling system. Like the 100 station, the ESM-200 station can sort PASS/FAIL decisions but also perform Loader / Unloader and Rack Buffer functions. this front load system can be placed in many places in the line making it highly flexible.
