The Finesse� offers a throughput rate of 12,500 CPH with a vast feeder capacity of 198 x 8mm tapes plus Internal Matrix Tray positions in a remarkably compact footprint. This machine incorporates all of the sophistications which are common throughout the Europlacer range. All feeder locations are �truly� intelligent and may be programmed with information with respect to component type, inventory and pick-up correction. The Finesse� features full �on the fly� vision analysis for all components by means of a camera which is mounted within the placement head. This enables the Finesse to maintain very high tact times � even for pcb�s with a high proportion of leaded devices. The intelligent platform which revolves around Europlacer�s feeder and vision technologies make the Finesse and extremely flexible performer, irrespective of the application.
